This manual will provide Start Smart Coordinators with additional activities and exercises to use during and after the completion of their Start Smart programs. There are over 50 different activities that are all designed to emphasize fun and exercise while challenging the participants to expand upon the skills they've developed in Start Smart. Activities are broken down into the following categories:
